I’m going to post the chapter right now because I can’t make it so predictable. The thieves who steal have to actually read this to find out where the chapter is. My main opponent is readlightnovel but there are so many sites. So many of you said post it as a picture but pictures get stolen too. I have tried it before. I took a picture of the chapter or screenshot but some sites steal everything and it doesn’t make a difference.

I’ve definitely made progress this past year. =D

If you want to learn Chinese, you should try to learn a character a day (or more). Don’t give up before you even start! Chinese is hard but not impossible.

If you want to learn Chinese (or anything), remember:

1. You must believe before you can achieve. If you think you’ll never be able to learn, you won’t take the necessary steps to ever get there.
2. Set 5-10 minutes a day to learn/do something that you will thank yourself for in the future. 
3. Be consistent. Don’t try to jam your head and memorize 1 hour of info in a day and then slack off for 2 weeks. Consistency is key!!! You will remember more in the long run if you practice ten minutes a day for a year.
4. Try to put yourself in a situation where you have to use the language. Hang out with people who speak that language. Watch shows that are in that language. Do everything you can to increase your success rate.
5. Don’t procrastinate. Do it today! NOT TOMORROW. TODAY. NOW. YES. NOW.
6. If you don’t know how to start, just make a list of words that you want to learn. Start simple. For example: today, tomorrow, yesterday, I, you, he, she, they, can, will, go, run, eat, sleep, tired, fat, skinny, hungry, thirsty, and so on.

It was currently noon. All the servants were walking briskly with a stressful look across their faces.

The maidservants went in the delivery room with buckets of clear water but came out with bloody water.

From the inside, Le Yao Yao’s cries could be heard. Her painful screams had the ability to make others feel unstable.

The Empress was waiting in the Hall. She was anxiously pacing back and forth. In fact, the handkerchief in her hands was completely crinkled because of how tight she was onto gripping it.

The Empress was already in her late 30s, but her face was very well maintained. She looked elegant and beautiful. At this moment, her brows were furrowed.

“Lu’er has already been in labour for the whole day. Why isn’t the child coming out yet? Do you think something bad will happen?!” she exclaimed.

“Of course.”

Dongfang Bai stood up and brought the baby over. The tiny baby was wrapped in swaddling clothes.

“Yao Yao, take a look! Your son is so cute!”

English grammar is very confusing and I often have to rearrange the sentences multiple times so that it can flow properly.

In Chinese, they love to use double negatives and it confuses me so much in English. Ex. “No one not know” -_-

Basically, languages are confusing and it requires a lot of brain cells.

需要 = need/require (you can type it by typing “xu yao” in the pinyin keyboard)

很多 = a lot/many/most (you can type it by typing “hen duo” in the pinyin keyboard)
