I’m so tired and discouraged. I thought printscreening could stop the thieves, but some sites managed to copy the printscreens as well. I have already disabled right clicking on laptop and desktop, yet it didn’t do anything. I might have to resort to youtubing my chapters in the future. -_-” But it is so much work and I don’t want to make it so difficult for my readers as well. I will have to see.

By the way, as of right now, I’ve only received one submission. I thought more of you would participate since I have a few thousand readers…lol. I guess we’ll see. Next, I screenshot one part of the translations for this chapter. I am sorry if it makes it difficult for you guys to read. I might replace it with the text in a few days. I’m just so fed up with seeing how many people/sites steal my work. I have tried to write “Please read on theeunuch.com” but the sites would remove it automatically or something. I have tried commenting on the sites that steal my work, but they will not approve my comments. So I have no choice but to alter my work in order to try to get those hundreds and thousands of readers to read here instead.

As you all know, it is very hard to earn money from translating. I don’t know if or when I will receive donations (patron makes it more stable but people can cancel anytime). In terms of ad revenue, it really depends if people actually click on the ad or shop on the ads. Although I promise to translate this novel until the end, sometimes I get very irritated because I feel like I spend so many hours yet people still choose to support the fake sites instead (Maybe it’s easier for them to read or they do not know my existence). Sorry for the huge rant. I know I have a tendency to write a lot.

Anyhow, I will release another 3 chapters this week. I haven’t translated them yet, so come back every 2 days if you don’t want to be disappointed. I went to a wedding yesterday and I still have to translate Supernatural Girlfriend now because I’m already a day behind on my release.

It’s ridiculous because one of the site took at least 300k views from me. 300k! And there are 20+ sites stealing my translations. OMG. Translate your own copy! I have spent hundred and hundreds of hours, so it really makes me mad. If they’re using their own brain cells, that’s fine. But copying everything is just shameless.

Note: Sometimes, the sentences may not be proper. However, I am too lazy to think of a way to make it smoother. For example, I shouldn’t be starting a sentence with “Especially _______”. But that’s what it says in Chinese, so I just leave it. My brain cells are limited.

Anyway, it’s going to be quite cute this coming week in the horse carriage. Stay tuned!! Prince Rui will still have a frozen face but he will secretly treat Le Yao Yao well. (You’ll have to wait and see)

P.S. I’m not being hated on as a person. Generally, the hate is towards the novel or the writing. I am the translator, and not the author. However, I do modify a lot of the raws to make it flow better/smoother. But I do not change the story. I only cut out a lot of repetition and add more adjectives to intensify the emotions.

This chapter is just very sweet and innocent. It’s still going to take a very long time before Le Yao Yao enters the palace to perform for the Dowager Empress. Dongfang Bai is starting to suspect but there’s still many chapters before he officially finds out Le Yao Yao is a woman.

Also, I have been getting more reviews lately. It makes me happy to know I have more readers, but they’re mainly negative reviews. It makes me so sad. As some of you may know, I’m also the translator of “Your Highness, I know my wrongs.” The Eunuch is Pregnant is much more popular in comparison, but I’ve also received at least 3x more hate. I know the story is draggy but I’m really trying my best to make it as good as I can. There has also been a lot of backlashes on how Leng Jun Yu is raping and sexually harassing Le Yao Yao. It is true. But during that era, it was acceptable. -_-”
